At VeloreéParis , we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to return or request a refund for a product.

Below you will find our refund policy which will provide guidance on how to proceed should you need to do so.

Returns and refunds policy

If you are not satisfied with your order for objective reasons*, you can initiate a return, request a refund, or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. Contact us at helpveloree@gmail.com for the return address (please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs).

*Understanding the following as objective reasons:

  • Size exchange : You will be given a coupon so you can place the order again in the store.
  • Quality : The garment does not have the characteristics specified on the website, for example: holes, defects, etc.
  • Delay : The order has been delivered outside the timeframe specified on our website.

Our proposals will always aim for customer satisfaction, but we also ask for patience in the process.

Return exceptions

We are not responsible for refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Subjective quality : The garment doesn't fit you as you expected or the piece is not to your liking.
  • Delivery time : If you receive the order within the timeframe indicated on our website, we are not responsible if you were expecting it for a specific occasion.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to review your application if we suspect you are citing an objective quality reason when it is actually a subjective one.

Return procedure

For your return to be accepted, the items must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear. They must also have the original tags attached.

Please ensure you return all items in a single package. Choose a shipping service that offers tracking and send us the tracking codes as well.

Once we confirm receipt of your return, we need a few days to inspect the package. We will then notify you whether we approve or reject your return. If we approve the return, you can expect a refund within 10 days , using the same payment method you used to place your order in our store.

In exceptional cases, the refund may take a little longer. If 15 days have passed since our confirmation email, please contact us at helpveloree@gmail.com.

Order cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you must do so once you have received the order.

Email us at helpveloree@gmail.com with your order details (especially your order number and contact information). We'll refund 100% of the amount within 7 days .

If you contact us later, we cannot guarantee a cancellation. You will have to wait for your order to arrive to initiate a standard return process according to our policy.
